BigMachines honored its most innovative customers with the Third Annual BigMachines Customer Innovation Awards, presented at our BigIdeas 2011 conference. There are 3 award categories, described below.

Big Innovation Award

The Big Innovation Award is given to a BigMachines customer that demonstrates an innovative use of BigMachines within their company. BigMachines is loaded with features that customers use every day for product configuration, pricing, quoting, proposals and contracts. In addition, some customers are using BigMachines to solve unique problems in their companies - applications that, frankly, we might not have envisioned. Have you found a unique way to use features in BigMachines? Do you have an innovative use of BigMachines?

This year, the award goes to Terremark, a Verizon company. In their award entry, they said that they now quote smarter and sell faster after implementing BigMachines last year.

Big Success Award

The Big Success Award is for the company that can show a significant ROI from using BigMachines. Are you a super ROI achiever? How is BigMachines saving you money? Has BigMachines enabled you to eliminate other costly tools or processes in your company? What's your ROI on BigMachines? Can you quantify the savings?

This year the award goes to Brocade, a company that has shown success with their global implementation of BigMachines.

Biggest Idea Award

This contest recognizes the BigMachines customer that contributes the most innovative idea to enhance BigMachines' products. If your idea receives the most number of votes, you win!

This year the award goes to Sergey Heyphets of Acme Packet for submitting the best idea that got the most votes across the entire BigMachines user base! His idea received 1,010 votes and we are happy to report, that this enhancement has been included in BigMachines 12.
